Reverse Osmosis Plant

Services

We provide end-to-end Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment solutions, covering design, manufacturing, supply, installation, commissioning, chemical provision, filtration systems, and ongoing maintenance services. Our RO plants are engineered to deliver high-quality potable and process water in compliance with national and international water quality standards.

1. RO Plant Design & Engineering

Our experienced engineering team designs customized RO systems based on:

  • Raw water quality analysis (TDS, hardness, turbidity, iron, bacteria, etc.)

  • Required treated water capacity (6,000 GPD to 100,000 GPD)

  • Intended use (drinking water, industrial, institutional, or community supply)

  • Site conditions and operational requirements

Each design includes detailed process flow diagrams (PFDs), hydraulic calculations, membrane recovery optimization, and energy-efficient system configurations.

2. Manufacturing & Supply

We manufacture and assemble RO plants using high-quality, durable components to ensure long service life and reliable performance, including:

  • FRP/MS pre-treatment vessels

  • Multi-media (sand) filters

  • Activated carbon filters

  • Micron cartridge filters

  • High-pressure pumps

  • RO membrane housings and membranes

  • Control panels with automation and safety protections

All equipment is factory tested prior to delivery.

3. Installation & Commissioning

Our scope includes complete on-site installation and commissioning, ensuring:

  • Proper mechanical and electrical installation

  • Pipeline and valve integration

  • System flushing and membrane loading

  • Performance testing and water quality verification

  • Operator training for routine operation and safety

Plants are handed over in fully operational condition.

4. Chemical Supply & Dosing Systems

We provide and manage all required RO treatment chemicals, including:

  • Antiscalants

  • Disinfectants (chlorine/biocide)

  • pH correction chemicals

  • Membrane cleaning chemicals (CIP)

Chemical dosing systems are supplied, calibrated, and optimized to protect membranes and enhance system efficiency.

5. Filtration Systems

Our RO plants are equipped with complete pre-treatment filtration units to ensure consistent feed water quality:

  • Pressure sand filters for turbidity removal

  • Activated carbon filters for chlorine and organic matter removal

  • Cartridge filters for fine particle protection

Proper filtration extends membrane life and improves overall plant performance.

6. Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Services

We offer comprehensive operation and maintenance services, including:

  • Routine inspection and performance monitoring

  • Filter media and cartridge replacement

  • Membrane cleaning and replacement

  • Chemical dosing adjustment

  • Breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting

  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

Our maintenance services ensure uninterrupted operation, reduced downtime, and optimal water recovery.

7. Applications

Our RO plants are suitable for:

  • Community and village water supply schemes

  • Hospitals and educational institutions

  • Industrial and commercial facilities

  • Housing societies and camps

  • Remote and water-scarce areas
